Becker Plastics has versatile production procedures at the highest technical level. Pipe products from virtually all relevant materials are created for housing technology and many other areas of application. Materials such as those listed below are processed using the latest extrusion plants.

Due to the international orientation of the company, Becker Plastics offers an extremely wide dimension range for many markets. More than 200 different plastic pipe dimensions from the most diverse of materials are produced in series production.

The latest production procedures

For example, Becker Plastics manufactures multi-layer plastic pipes for heating applications with an oxygen barrier in a coextrusion procedure (3 and 5-layer). Here, all layers are bonded with one another to such an extent that they are practically inseparable. As a result, an extremely safe and premium multilayer pipe is created from one cast.

In the polypropylene pipe sector, Becker Plastics also creates Stabi pipes with perforated, sealed aluminium film.These pipes supplement polypropylene monopipe systems in the dimension range of up to 110 millimetres.

Composite pipes in the dimension range between 14 and 63 millimetres are produced using the butt welding procedure. A premium, firmly-bonded connection with excellent welding factors can be created thanks to the laser and TIG technology. Furthermore, Becker Plastics demonstrates its technological know-how time and again when dealing with specific applications: for example, a stainless steel composite pipe family with sizes between 20 and 110 millimetres as a spin-off product was developed to a point where it was ready for series production. 

New products

As a strong partner, Becker Plastics is continually working on innovative products and procedures. For example, a new product in the field of heating is an aluminium composite pipe that is created using the recently developed technique of overlapped laser welding. In doing so, the aluminium film is welded in the overlap area using a special laser. The procedure permits thinner aluminium foils to be used during the manufacture of the pipe.

Specific customer wishes 

The realisation of specific customer wishes is also part of the range of services on offer at Becker Plastics. The wide range of composite pipe constructions and dimensions can be adapted to specific applications or produced in different material combinations.

Becker plastics also offers its customers the option of refining the products by producing the pipe in (protective) pipe systems as well as PE foam pre-insultated solid plastic pipes and aluminium composite pipes.
